In addition to Bill Alexander, Debbie Nagle, RN, and Martin Vidal, Joe Leitch, with his knowledge of financial markets, Patrick Rosa, with his experience in the healthcare industry in general, Tim Sardinia, with his experience in corporate finance, and Joe Veys, MD, with his experience as a medical professional, as members of the board of directors, the Highview Healthcare management team brings diversity and wealth of experience, a multiplicity of skills and unique approach to the to the task of building a dynamic and profitable healthcare staffing services company. Collectively, this management team has in excess of 200 years of business experience.

T. William Alexander, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer – Highview Healthcare Partners

t-william-alexanderMr. Alexander has been involved in all aspects of corporate financial management, financial crisis management, public and private senior and subordinated debt finance, public and private equity finance, and acquisition and divestiture structuring and finance for over 40 years.

He has held executive positions with both corporate and financial institutions: Highview Financial Partners LLC, Highview Technology Partners LLC, Cordatec NV, Absentys LLC, Telaurus Communications LLC, LiDCO Group plc, Manning & Napier, LiDCO Limited, Energy Ventures Inc., First Empire State Corporation and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. He has served as president of two venture capital firms: M&T Capital Corporation and CIBC Capital Corporation. Venture portfolios managed by Mr. Alexander have consistently achieved performance results in the upper quartile of all venture firms.

He is a respected and recognized professional as demonstrated by his appointment to the Boards of Governors of NASBIC (National Association of Small Business Investment Companies) and NERASBIC (Northeast Regional Association of Small Business Investment Companies), the Education Committee of NASBIC-NVCA (National Venture Capital Association), the Executive Committee of RDC-ECIDA (Regional Development Committee of the Erie County Industrial Development Association), the Executive Committee of the Canisius College Center for Entrepreneurship and the Board of Directors of the Upstate New York Turnaround Management Association.

Mr. Alexander has an undergraduate degree from Auburn University and graduate degrees from Boston University and Columbia University. In addition to the previously mentioned professional organizations, Mr. Alexander has served as a director of numerous public and private companies during his career.

Martin Vidal-Engaurran, President and Chief Executive Officer – Trusted Nurse Staffing

martin-vidal-engaurranMr. Vidal has been involved in the temporary healthcare staffing industry for the last 10 years. He began his career in 2003 with Supplemental Health Care Workforce Solutions (Supplemental), a national healthcare staffing firm. During his five-year tenure at Supplemental, Mr. Vidal was promoted to the position of division manager—Florida. In May 2008, he started Trusted Nurse and currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Vidal has a Bachelor of Science in political science from the University at Buffalo-SUNY and a master’s in business administration from Canisius College.

H. Joseph Leitch, Board of Directors Member – Highview Healthcare Partners

joe-leitchMr. Leitch is one of the founding partners of Rubicon Fund Management LLP, a macro hedge fund based in London. Mr. Leitch has been chief operating officer since its inception. Mr. Leitch began his career in finance at Salomon Brothers in 1977 where he worked in fixed income sales as a U.S. Treasury and Financial Futures Specialist. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Leitch was Managing Director and Co-Head of Global Foreign Exchange.

Prior to that, he was a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army and worked four years as a sales engineer in Power System Sales at General Electric Company. Mr. Leitch received a BS in mechanical engineering from Auburn University in 1971 and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Graduate School.

Debra Ann Nagle, RN, President and Chief Executive Officer – Millennium Travel Nursing

debra-ann-nagleMs. Nagle has been involved in sales and recruiting for the past 10 years. Ms. Nagle started her sales career as a per diem and local contract sales associate for Monitor Staffing LLC (Monitor), a boutique staffing agency. Early in her four-year tenure with Monitor, Ms. Nagle was named Sales Director of the travel nurse division of Monitor. In October 2007, Ms. Nagle joined Mr. Alexander to start Millennium Travel and currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Nagle received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Boston College where she was a 3-year member of the Sigma Theta Tau honor society. Prior to entering the business world, Ms. Nagle practiced as a Registered Nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital. Ms. Nagle maintains her Registered Nurse license and is currently certified in IV Therapy and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. In addition, Ms. Nagle regularly returns to Boston College as a guest lecturer and advisor to newly graduated nurses.

Patrick Rosa, Board of Directors Member – Highview Healthcare Partners

patrick-rosaMr. Rosa who has an MBA in international management and marketing, started his career in the medical profession as a sales specialist with Baxter International, Inc. (Baxter) in their dialysis and blood banking business unit. Subsequently he became product manager at Terumo Europe regarding all dialysis and cardiac product lines. Later he became marketing manager for the Middle East region and Europe at CD Medical, Inc., the Miami-based subsidiary of the Dow Chemical Company. With this extensive experience he founded his own companies Romed NV and Andocor NV and later on a patient medical travel business. He not only gained great experience in sales, marketing and production of cardiovascular medical devices, but he also became intimately acquainted with many independent sales representatives and distributors in Western Europe, the Middle East, Asia and America. He developed extensive experience in establishing solid distribution networks in the medical business. As the CEO of Andocor, a medical manufacturing company of cannulae and catheters for heart surgery and anesthesiology, he is able to track the latest innovations in the field of cardiovascular technologies. On the other hand, as the CEO of Romed NV and during his tenure at Baxter and Terumo, he has built successful relationships with many customers in the cardiovascular arena throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia. This enables him to monitor competitor’s initiatives and ascertain needs, wants and opportunities in the medical market.

Timothy J. Sardinia, Board of Directors Member – Highview Healthcare Partners

tim-sardiniaMr. Sardinia is currently a partner with Canfield Capital Management, LLC; a member of Steelkilt, LLC; a member of Millennium Automotive Group; a member of New Path Properties; a member of Aero Technology Group; a member of Millennium Legal Funding; co-founder and member of the Hamburg Hospitality Group and co-founder and member of Aero Technology Group. Mr. Sardinia is also the chairman of the board for Commercial Insurance Consultants, Inc.

Mr. Sardinia’s responsibilities as a partner with Canfield Capital Management LLC, a multimillion dollar commercial finance firm, include investor relations, sales and marketing, initial file underwriting and portfolio management. In addition to his responsibilities with Canfield Capital Management, LLC, Mr. Sardinia has conducted numerous seminars throughout the United States with regard to alternative financing options.

Previously, he has held positions in sales and sales management with Cintas Corporation and Eagle International, Inc. Mr. Sardinia holds a Bachelor of Science in business from Miami University.

Joseph A. Veys, MD – Board of Directors Member – Highview Healthcare Partners

joseph-veysDr. Veys received a Bachelor of Science in biology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA in June 1995, winning the Hodges Prize for outstanding thesis. He received his medical degree from Ohio State University College of Medicine, Columbus, OH in June 1999.

Dr. Veys completed his internship in surgery in June 2000 and his residency in urology in June 2004 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC, where he received the Gold Award for his clinical research on kidney cancer. Dr. Veys began private practice at Western Carolina Urological Associates, PA in Hendersonville, NC in July 2004. In February 2006, he moved to his current private practice at North Georgia Urology Center, PC in Dalton, GA. During these 12 years, he has worked daily with traveling nurses and has also interacted with home healthcare nurses, who provide services to many of his patients.

Dr. Veys has also worked concurrently as a locum tenens physician for many healthcare staffing companies. Dr. Veys is certified through February 28, 2026 by the American Board of Urology. He is licensed to practice in Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and Illinois. Dr. Veys has several publications in the medical literature.
